From its beginnings in Ciechanów twenty-two years ago to today’s vibrant ministry in Kraków, Graceland has morphed into far more than an English school. It is an active community of Christ-followers in a fledgling church plant, with more than 50 people in Bible studies and discipleship groups. Focusing on Bible characters, dynamic testimonies and Christian fiction, the English school continues to be an entryway into the community, engaging people in conversations of the soul. Short-term teams participate easily in all aspects of Graceland’s outreach. Graceland Ministries is field-directed by Jay Bowyer and Colette Ladan.

Refuge of Hope International
Vienna Moilliet and her ministry partner Cheryl Domingo, a local pastor’s wife and social worker, opened the doors of Refuge of Hope on June 1st. They take in women and girls who have been sexually abused. Most of their residents are just children. They are situated in Tabuk City in the province of Kalinga in the Philippines, and they are the first shelter of its kind in the province. Part of their mission is to help survivours of abuse, exploitation, and extreme poverty to find hope and healing in the love of Christ shown through prayer, counselling, and a stable living environment. They help educate and empower the victims but most of all to show them God’s love. Please pray for each woman and girl who enters their care and for both staff members and for Vienna and Cheryl also for Ellora Couch, the third ministry partner in the USA who is awaiting borders to open so she can join the team.
